Asshole. That's about the first thing that comes to mind when you think of Jullian. The words are even worse if you're one of the city's Tremere. However, Jullian seems to know his way around the City, the Prince, the Clan. He's not a dumb guy, but the man has no tact.
Embraced somewhere around early colonial times, Jullian has risen to the position of Lord within the Tremere. Though the Tremere elders above him seem to have it out for him, the younger Tremere of the clan seem to look up to him. Jullian seems to only be concerned with the well fair/operation of his clan.
There are tons of rumors about this guy. He was to be the child of Meerlinda, he's been a member of the Sabbat, Clan Tremere wants him dead, and that he's supposed to be some sort of Messiah for his clan. Weird stuff.
I guess the only thing to say about Jullian is: If you have to deal with him, make it quick, and move on.
