Profile: A rat from the day he was born, Sharpe is a royal pain in the @$$ as well as being an upper-crust snob. It's believed that he was the person who had Gizmonic Institute researcher Alicia Fairchild murdered out of pure greed. Unfortunately, Chicago Advanced Police were never able to get more than hearsay evidence against him (he believed that if he could get her out of the way, he could get her research and make a name for himself). Sharpe is a top-notch theoretical researcher and an excellent technician. The recently unveiled Genom Mk III Powered Suit is the result of his own work. It's about the only mecha in Chicago other than the K-25P that can take on a Hardsuit on even terms. Despite the name, it's NOT based on the powered suit that Brian J. Mason took on Sylia Stingray in), and these skills are only matched by his ruthless efficiency both with a handgun and in the boardroom. Truly a worthy adversary for the Knights of the Fall.

Sharpe's primary operatives are Team Six, a group of four Genom operatives who use the Mk II Powered Suit and act in opposition to the Knights of the Fall whenever they appear in response to a Genom-caused problem. Team Six NEVER attacks CADP, only the Knights. It's important, however, to note that Sharpe himself is neither a member of nor can he be associated with Team Six - he pays them through a standard company account and they only hear his voice heavily scrambled.
