These three photographs were taken with slide film. You can see just how rich the colors are, even more so with a polarizing filter.

Actually, it was first time I ever printed from a color slide. Before the photo lab on base didn't have the equipement. But thanks to an agreement with a company downtown, more of my slide pictures will see their way to my website.



The popular Argonese Castle at Ponte Ischia.

Because of my trip during the off-season was I able to get this photograph 'people-free.' I met with a couple of people who live on the island and they commented how this is the only time that they themselves and truly enjoy the island. No tourist.




The Church of Forio

A picturesque setting jutting from the island, I was able to get this picture with the sun going down, and along with a polarizing lense, brought out the clouds and colors of the sun setting.




The Cross of Forio

This cross is outside the church of Forio. The backdrop of this shot is Mount Epomeo. Now that was quite a climb.
