1998 Korean-American Friendship Association Photo Contest -- Black
& White Entries
22 October 1998 -- The results of the KAFA contest was announced.
Winners are broken down as such:
Gold, Silver, and Bronze Prizes, with Honorable Mention & Worthy
of Show.
And for the second straight year, I didn't get anything. Just goes
to show that anyone's level of photography is determined by the mood
of the judges.
"Builder"
This is my landlord. While taking pictures of the soccer players from the Say_Cheez Photo Gallery, Page 6, I noticed my landlord fixing up a house next to the field. When I gave him a copy of the picture, he enjoyed it so much I noticed a decrease in my utility bill.
"...this putt for the Masters."
This is one of many scarecrows located at Kyong Bok palace.
"Happiness"
The Secret Garden is a beautiful spot for newlyweds to have their photos taken by professional photographers. Once in a while, amatuer photographgers, like myself, are allowed to photograph the couple as well so long as you don't get in the way.
