Passaic, NJ-Ramon Rivera, a gas attendant at the Garden State Citgo, is dangerously close to showing disinterest in his work, says the service station's concerned owner, Carmine LaRocca.
"I've counseled the boy and told him to show more interest in his work, to be more professional. I told him there were millions of Third World kids out there that'd kill him for the chance to be a petroleum transfer engineer making $6 an hour, with a shot of making night manager in two, three years."
When asked if the reports were true, the 17 year old Rivera responded, "Hey, you guys lookin' fer any help?"
