Welcome to my page. I have chosen the web-name

"The Seafarer" is the title of an Anglo-Saxon poem from the Exeter Book. In Anglo-Saxon terminology, the sea was a cold and dark place, full of dangers but also awe-inspiring. However, men had to cross the threatening sea in order to discover new land.
