Paul is still one of the best characters in the game. He has powerful moves and combos that can easily defeat any opponent. His Pheonix Smasher, Shoulder Tackle and Thruster are three of his best moves. Shoulder Tackle is good for counter-attacking and Thruster is good for setting your opponent up for juggles, or if it stuns him, combos too. Thankfully, Paul isn't as cheap as in the previous Tekken titles.
