Dark Hunger
by Shadowdance

My Dark One calls me to his side
Even though I try to hide
His dark gaze holds me enthralled
Makes me glad to heed his call.

To him I run to serve and hold
Though servant I am also bold
Go we now to have some fun
Some hapless victim on the run.

Into the night we travel long
On his black steed, proud and strong
Coursing through the dark of night
The victim comes within his site.

Toy with him, it is his way
Until close to break of day
Take him quick and toss aside
Then back into the night we ride.

Returning home his hunger sated
Sorrow and anger now abated
Takes me now in lustful bliss
Oh my shame, I wanted this.

Wake again on the morrow
I am filled with a kind of sorrow
Why did I not just run away?
Alas, I love him, so I must stay.

Must give credit where credit is due. Louras helped me with this poem.
He gave me several ideas, which I had been struggling to come up with. Thanks honey!!
