This page is still under construction, so "bare" with me! **Chuckling** =)

My Son, the Turkeybone! I hate to admit it, but this is your typical high school student now! Sunrise, sunset, the sunshine to my world. Click on his picture to see what he looks like now.
Now, he is old enough, to even date.
Myself, I don't change!! Vacationing in California, 2 days after popping out a hernia. Talk about some pain, when Nevada roads are a little rough, and having to drive 1200 miles there! Beuaty of the trip was that I finally was able to play in the surf!
Here is my newest pic. Taken in Salt Lake City, Utah, in August of 2001. Has my son with me. =) Dangies, the little TickTurd is growing up way faster than Dad wants him to.
Pictures of Local areas. But, you have to realize that we consider "local" to be within a 100 mile radius!!
Titled Elk Territory: Or, How I Earned My Heart Attack. =)
The top is a view of the Lower Green River Lake, about 3 miles from where I was hunting, and 4 miles from the camper. Really tough territory, but it is beautiful.
The bottom photo is of us attempting to complete another family tradition: Soaking in Kendall Hot Springs! Unfortunately, the Game and Fish have found a tiny fish in it (Kendall's Dace, danged near 2" long), so now we can't do that anymore! Heckers, Dad used to plop my 3 sisters and me in there with a bar of soap, for over 15 years that I can attest to, after a week in the hills!! If those years of soaking in it hurt them, I wonder how big they would be now?? **ROTFL**
More hunting scenes. Top picture is of my initials I put into a tree when I was 9!
The second is the actual scene of my son carving his name in the tree next my tree. The tree my dad carved his in used to be right next to it, but it has unfortunately vanished. He would have carved his name in my tree, but he couldn't reach high enough to get to a clear spot. I wonder, if he will be afforded the same pleasures, with the way the federal government is taking away our freedoms.
Relaxing at noon. Notice how loaded up the poor old truck is?? Danged thing had to also provide generator duties when the batteries on the camper pooped out!! Isn't this the most majestic area??
Our Vacation to California:
The desert folks get to play in the surf. We also got to visit Yosemite, which is spectacular. More photos to follow. We had a lot of fun there. Monterey is so beautiful!! Clean, clear and the water is warm! So much like my desert, yet so much less obvious, I think. But, man, there are a lot of folks down there!!
Here I am playing in the Lower Yosemite Falls. Sliding down a flood slickened rock into those cold waters. Day was so incredibly hot, yet the plunge so cold, it was a great pleasure. Thank-you, ever so much Meadow! =)
Wish I could do that again!!!
