As a corparate citizen , There are many things which you can do .
They are outlined below. 

1 Firstly you can reduce the exploitation of child labourours in your
own organization. Make strict rules so as to prevent the further 
inflow of child labourers into the organization . As for the ones
aldready working in the  factory ,  Please do improve their working 
conditions . 

2 Secondly , you could Give donations and sponser children .Please do
 contribute generously . Most probably this would be tax deductible 

3  Provide education to the working children in your factories . 
Join our organization so that we can help you in this task . Also as 
far as possible , train them in the use of technology . 

4. Pay decent wages . Set a new standard . Please make sure the salary
you give is enough for their needs . 

1. Firstly , you should bring in awareness among yourselves .
 Understand the Issue properly. 

2. For a moment , please think about what you and I are blessed with 
and what these children are deprived of . 

3. After this , bring in awareness among your friend , schoolmates ,
collegues, etc. You can do this in various ways. For example , you
can have assemlies in your schools to spread awareness. You can tell
your fellow collegues about the problem 

4. organise debates on child related issue 
organise competions like poster making, painting, collage competition, 
T-shirt and card designs. The themes could be child related.
 
5. put up articles or clippings from newspapers and magazines on your 
topic board dealing with issues relating to underprivileged children 
on your notice boards. Also you could encourage articles, poems 
stories etc from your classmates to be written and published in your 
school or college magazine or even local newspapers.

6. Treat the children working near you kindly. The least you can do for
them is to tell them a kind word . 

7. Share your old and unused things with these children. You will be 
contributing somthing to a child's life .

8. Start teaching some children around you Basic reading and writing 
skills . Encourage them to go to School and tell their parents the 
advantage of education. 

9 . (Non Corporate ) You can contribute funds to some child Labour 
organization.

10. Children can collect funds and contribute to the neighbouring child
labour organization.
