Appearance
Average height, but taller than a lot of the Astros.  Her hair is brown with gold highlights.  It's really straight and goes to just past shoulder length.  Her eyes are dark green.

Personality
Lilia is a sarcastic, witty girl.  She jokes around a lot, so people don't very often take her seriously.  That insults her very much, and she hates when people think that because she likes to joke around, that she isn't intelligent.  Because she is, maybe just not as much so as Viola or Aisling. Her great-grandfather was Spanish (as can be seen from her Hispanic-sounding name), so she's 1/8 Spanish and the rest Irish.
The other Sailors don't take her teasing seriously either.  Sometimes she insults them unknowingly, and they are hurt by that, but they know that she doesn't mean it.  Aside from her humorous personality (and I say humorous meaning she has a good sense of humor, not that her personality is laughable), she is very dutiful and a try-hard and would follow Sailor Zephyr's orders no matter what.

Street Clothes
Wears the same school uniform as everyone else.  Usually wears her hair down, sometimes she'll put a ribbon or something in it just for fun.  Otherwise, she mostly just wears shorts or jeans and a t-shirt.  She likes sporty clothes, the kind that she can run around and be hyper in without them restricting her movement.  Her favorite outfit is her swim team's t-shirt, with orange flower-printed shorts.

Transformation
Vega Astral Star Power
Sailor Vega's transformation phrase.  When she says this, she is enveloped in a translucent rosebud.  You can't see her through the rose, but you can see a silhouette.  The rose blossoms and Vega is in her sailor suit.  The rose disappears and Vega poses in front of a symbol of a rose or flower.

Vega Crystal Star Power
Her second transformation phrase.  It's like the first one only at the end she poses in front of her sailor symbol.

Attacks
Vega Rose Blossom
Vega says this and poses with both arms extended.  Her hands glow a pinkish-purplish color and rosebuds fly from her hands out to her enemy, blooming and exploding on contact.

Pollen Rain
Sailor Vega says this and makes an upward motion with her hands.  A flower-shaped raincloud forms above her.  She then directs it toward her enemy by gesturing toward them.  The cloud rains acidic pollen.  Like, pollen mixed with acid, poisons, and other wonderful elements.

Bloom Safety Wall
Vega says this to form a blossoming rose around whoever.  Like around herself as a defense from an attack, or around an enemy to shield the Sailors from their attacks.  The wall basically absorbs whatever attacks hit it.

Flower Butterfly Summon
Vega's powered up attack.  She says this and holds her hands up, with her fingers in the shape of a triangle.  A butterfly appears in between her fingers and as she spreads her arms apart the butterfly grows.  When it is whatever size she wants it to be, she releases it and it attacks her enemy.  It doesn't sound too powerful, but it is.  Especially if she grows the butterfly to its full size (about ten foot wingspan), then it can do a lot of damage.

Items
Transformation Pen
Lilia's first transformation item.  It looks like the Inner Senshi's second henshin pens, with the gold star on top.  Lilia's is purple with a green stripe around the base of the pen, and on one side of the gold star is a green jewel, on the other side of the star is a purple jewel.

Transformation Ring
Her second transformation item.  It's a gold ring with a purple star-shaped jewel on it.

What she thinks of the others
Zephyr: Dani's one of her best friends, she's also her leader, and Lilia respects her.
Io: Lilia likes her too, and occasionally will tease her, but not often as sometimes Mariah makes a big deal of it.
Andromeda: another of Lilia's close friends, Lilia admires Viola's natural intelligence.
Inferno: thinks she's a bit too wild, but other than that a cool person.
Orion: she thinks he's cute, but otherwise kind of a dimwit.
Nova: mistrusts her a little, and thinks she has a weird sense of humor.
Arcturus: Misty annoys her, but she can deal with it.
Spica: admires Aisling for her extreme intelligence and fighting skills.
