One of America’s all-time favorites! Sweet Orange has a zesty, refreshing citrus fragrance. It's said to be an antidepressant, antiseptic, antispasmodic, digestive and sedative. Prolonged use and high dosage may irritate sensitive skin and there is a slight chance of phototoxicity on skin that is exposed to the sun. It is said to relieve gloomy thoughts and depression, to dispel stress, revive one when bored, calms the stomach in nervous states, assists with diarrhea and constipation. It is said Sweet Orange may encourage the appetiteso it is not recommended to use it during dieting. It also is said to have a good effect on colds and bronchitis to be very good for painful and sore muscles. Sweet Orange is said to relax insomnia brought on by anxiety, to of bring down high level of cholesterols in the blood.
