As time goes by and the original Jamaican music (ska, rocksteady, reggae, roots, dub, etc.) gets older and older, it seems we lose the people who created the music faster and faster. This section is dedicated to those people. Here is where I will put tributes to the original musicians, singers, producers, engineers and everyone else involved who are no longer with us: Augustus Pablo, King Tubby, Roland Alphonso, Tommy McCook, "Easy Snapping" Beckford and all the others. So I hope everyone enjoys this section because it's dedicated to the originators...
Augustus Pablo: Influential producer and musician. Tommy McCook: Foundation Skatalites sax man. King Tubby: Dub and remix pioneer. Slim Smith: Amazing singer from the ska-rocksteady-early reggae era.
