17 Streetstocks raced on the day at Kihikihi and there was action a plenty, non-stop and contact galore.
Wayne Warrender won the first race, 45k Phil Brisco the last.
Kelly Brewster took the chequered in the second race in spite of a flat front tyre. Speed is not a prerequiste to victory in the streetstock class and even cars slowed by flat tyres can still win. Note the chrome roof racks on the Commodore, where is the surf board?
