Just when you thought it was safe to go back to my website comes... NASM II: Lunarock.  ::cue spooky horror music a la Pyscho::  Anyway, this CD has fewer tracks, so fewer good points, and one song so hideously awful that the near mention of it sends me into spasms.  Is it... track 1?  No.  While this song is a tad bit... odd, and 80's, not very good, etc, it's not satanically evil like the track I'm talking about.  It's not track 2, either.  This is actually listenable.  Even though ithe verses are basically Sailor rapping (???).  Then, yes, it is, the terror- TRACK 3!!!! How dare Sailor Moon remake an awesome Beatles song into- THIS?  It's like... a crime against humanity.  I want to beat it to death, but unfortunately it's not tangible, is it?  So let's leave it alone for now.  After the horror of track three, the concept of track 4 is pretty cool- a Serena and Raye duet.  And indeed, it's okay.  Really, no, just okay.  The end is kinda weird, but I love the instruments in it.  I don't know whose idea it was to add the next track, "Moonlight Densetsu".  It was a pretty good one- a nice way to expose the kiddies to J-music.  Although they could have included the lyrics.  "Daddy's Girl" is the next song, and while I really like the vocals and the instruments, the lyrics are so cheesy.  The rhyming isn't forced like songs from the last CD though.  "Ai no Senshi" is another Japanese song, so it's good compared to the rest of this CD.  I really like the last track "Nothing at All".  It's a very sweet song, with good instruments and halfway decent lyrics.  So this CD actually isn't too bad, but it's still your call.  If you feel like sitting through "I Wanna Hold Your Hand" a la Sailor Moon, be my guest.
