I consider this the best of the Sailormoon CDs by far.  One reason is because it lacks dialogue tracks.  The first song, "Suki to Itte" is a very cute song.  It kind of reminds me of Naru & Umino, but then again it also reminds me of two other people that I know... never mind.  The music is very bouncy, so it sounds kinda childish, but really the lyrics work on a couple of levels so... yeah.  Then there's "I am Sailormoon", which doesn't sound too good at first, but then turns into a funky dance song.  Mitsuishi Kotono is clearly at her best with this song- the only song I know by her that compares is Usagi's Stars Single.  Her voice isn't going at a frequency only bats can hear in this song, so that's good.  And like I said, the instruments are kinda funky, but not too overly tech.  Then there's "Onaji Namida wo Wakeatte", one of two Sailormercury songs I can actually tolerate.  It's not that I don't like Hisakawa Aya- I like her very much.  I don't like the music of most Sailormercury songs.  This song, however, has more traditional instruments- a keyboard, percussion, tamborine, and guitar. Hisakawa Aya's vocals are good as always.  The song has a very gentle repetition to it that I like.  I also really like the lyrics for whatever reason.  Next is "Fire Soul Love", the song that started a J-Pop craze among my friends back in my old habitat.  It's got a very 80's vibe to it, and I'm told that's because Tomizawa Michie is a big fan of Michael Jackson.  Anyway, it's got a great beat, Tomizawa Michie has a great voice, so it's a great song.  And then the album suddenly takes a turn for the worse, as I scream in horror at "Otome no Policy".  Well, no, not really, I just don't enjoy this song as much as I could.  I think the lyrics are pretty awesome, and I really like Ishida Youko who sings this.  The instruments I could do without however.  Track 6, "Dakishimete Itai" takes me back to my days as a TK fangirl, when I would maul anyone who said anything bad about this song.  I'm not too crazy about it any more.  It's a nice song, but it reminds me of this other song that I like a whole lot better from Marmalade Boy sung by a much better singer.  Like I said, I'm no TK fangirl no more (gotta save my fangirl energies for Yuu & Issei).  I like the lyrics, but they don't really suit Mamoru, seeing as I never really thought of him as being deep.  "Starlight ni Kisu Shite" is an okay song.  I really like the imagery in it- I've noticed that most of Sailorjupiter's songs have rain imagery, that's kinda cool.  It's a bit too... elevator music sounding though.  One of my favorite tracks on the album is next, "Route Venus".  Maybe it's just because I'm a diehard SailorVenus fan.  It's a very bouncy song with fitting lyrics.  It's not my favorite Minako song however.  After that is "Ai no Senshi" a techno-sounding track that was used as battle music.  It's the third track sung by Ishida Youko, who is an awesome singer.  The CD ends with "Moonlight Densetsu".  I've said it before: an okay song, but not the best version of it.  If you want to buy a Sailormoon CD, get this one.  You might even like it if you don't like Sailormoon.
