he was close to the Pope after he was present when his son Mr. Amal received the blessings of recovery . Once he was visiting the Pope and asked him to pray for his two sons whom he left in Tahta and were suffering from different diseases . He said to the Pope , " Please , your Holiness , remember Amal and his brothers Safwat and Sarwat " , But the Pope smiled and said :" What about Adel ?" The father , who was amazed how the Pope knew the name of the son that was not mentioned , answered , " He is my son also , your Holiness "!! The Pope said : " Should not We pray for him too ?" Here , the father kissed the Pope's hand and left , glorifying God .

Mr. Amal's mother was suffering from pain caused by a stone in the gall bladder , according to doctor's report , she was advised to have an operation . She asked the Pope to pray for her recovery , which he did and comforted her by saying she will recover with out surgery . When she was reexamined and had some tests too , they found out that she had inflammation of the colon . After having a simple treatment , she recovered and regained good health .
