"Screeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeech!!!" Taylor woke up from the screeching 
sounds of tires. He shot up from his comfortable position on the 
couch, and cautiously looked around him. When his eyes locked on the
 T.V., he realized that him and i had fallen asleep to a re-run of 
"Night Rider". He looked at the clock on the VCR, noticing that it was
 almost midnight.

"Aw shit....I was supposed to be home an hour ago!" He half 
yelled/half whispered to himself. Then he turned to wake me up. 

"Can...Candace...wake up! I gotta go home!" 

"What? Oh, woops! I'm sooo sorry! I didn't mean to fall asleep! What
 time is it?" I asked, still groggy from her deep slumber in Taylor's lap.
  "It's okay, Hun, don't worry. It's like, twelve o'clock, I have to leave..."

 "Aww...Okay, well, I'll talk to you tomorrow okay?" I asked, before
 getting up and following Taylor to the front door.

 "Of course. I'll call you around eleven or so, and we can go do
 something. I'm leaving for New York in two days." 
 
 "Okay. No! Do you really have to go?" I asked, a pleading look in my
 eye.
  
"Yeah, I'm so sorry, but I have to. I'd stay here with you if it was
 up to me, but it's not. I'll miss you, but I'll only be there for a
 week. I better go now, before my mom kills me." 

 "Okay....I'll miss you, too. Call me tomorrow." I said. The sadness 
in her voice was evident, and Taylor hated to see me upset.

   "Don't worry, it'll be okay....." He assured her, and then, giving
 her a soft kiss on the lips, said "Sweet dreams," and was out the 
door.
    I stood by the front door, just watching Taylor walk. I loved the 
way he bounced when he walked. She was going to miss him a lot while
 he was in New York. I only hoped that he wouldn't meet someone new 
there, too....
    
~Next Day~
"Candice,hunny wake up"my mom whispered in my ear.
"WHY?"i groaned.
"Taylor told me to have you call him"
"Ok,i will"
My mom walked out and I reached over and pick up the reciever of my
hot pink phone.
"Hey is Taylor there?"i said wearily.
"Hey Candice,it's me"
"Hey-you called"
"Yeah,you wanna go eat lunch with me and then eat dinner at Lucky 32
tonight?"he asked.
"Yeah sure"
Lucky 32 was a nice resturaunt for teens-it was always crowded on prom
night...i loved it there cuz there was a hang out area then there was
a nice resturant too.
"Ok meet me at McDonalds for lunch at 12 o'clock,k?"
"Ok sounds good see ya"
I hung up the phone then got on-line to check my e-mail.
There was one from Starr it read:
Dear Candice,
 You may thing Taylor's yours but you're wrong.I'm older and prettier
than you.He may be yours at this moment but in the end he'll be mine
you wait and see......

"Ugh she annoys me so much"I said to myself. 
I tried not to let it bother me since i knew she was wrong.
I got out of my chair and went to take a shower.I dried my hair then
slipped on my board shorts and put on my orange halter top.I 
put my hair in a sloppy ponytail and walked down stairs to see my
mom.Me and my mom weren't on great terms so i figured i owed her an 
apology for being a bitch the past week.Me and my mom talked for a few
then i left to go meet Taylor.
We had soo much fun at Mc Donalds it was like old times,when we were
worry-free.Now Taylor was going to be a superstar and i would not
be able to see him for months.
~5 hours later-6:00~
Taylor was comming over at 7 o'clock so my mom could take us to the
resturaunt.
I took a shower then put on my make-up.I put my hair up in a neat bun.
I put on my balck tube dress with a bacl cardigan.Then i put on my
new Steve Madden shoes.I grabbed my black sparkley purse then called
up my friend,Heather and told her about me and Taylor's little saga.
SHe thought it was pretty funny although she was happy we were 
together again.Right at 7 o'clock Taylor rang the doorbell.
"I'll get it mom"i said running down the stairs.
"Hey Tay"i said opening the door.
"Hey babe,ready to go?"
"Yeah come on in we'll go through the garage"i said.
We hopped in my mom green Explorer and rode to the resturaunt.
It wasn't very crowded there were some couples there.We didn't have 
any trouble getting a seat.I noticed a girl that looked exaclty like
Starr so i excused myself to go the bathroom so i could get a better
look.When i walked by she turned her head.I knew those eyes!They could
peirce you like a sword.Sure enough it was Starr......
