NC/CNC and Arc Welding Problems

First thing we need to identify, is the fact that no systems is identical. You could have different power inputs in to your tap transformer, 480 3 phase Delta or Wye, 240 3 phase Delta or 208 3 Phase Wye. Some are grounded, or ungrounded. Arc welding is the number one major problem with all NC/CNC equipment, but in many cases, you can not displace the equipment elsewhere. Chances are, you need to have all your equipment in full operation. You can not work them part time, and not make a profit.

I have five easy steps to correct this problem, and you will have to spend a little money. Much of the credit in trouble shooting this problem is credited to Mr. Lyle Loher at Capital Machine Technologies in Tampa Florida, who really worked hard to trouble shoot this problem. Because of him, he will save you a lot of time and expense.

If you are interested in this new technology that will enhance and improve your systems performance, please contact us for a free brochure. (727)548-5418 or Toll Free (888)471-1038. Average Mimium cost per system is $350.00 ea. or more depending on the systems needs.
