• PRICES are suggested. We will seriously consider any reasonable offers.
• Cash sale for anyone we don't know OR
• Substantial, nonrefundable down payments for anyone we don't know, and a binding contract will be required!
  (Contract sales NOT applicable for discount prices!).
• Horses cannot be moved off the property till they are paid for in full - board will be required ($2.00/day).
• Buyer picks up (or we will deliver at cost - horse feed, round trip fuel, cheap motels)
• HORSE(S) SOLD "AS IS", no warranties regarding health, although we will not withhold any vital information. Coggins, health exams, additional vaccinations, heath certificates, etc. are buyer's responsibility.
• Some horses are not registered. Any unregistered horses come with signed registration applications, which are guaranteed to be acceptable by AHR. Registration is the buyer's responsibility.
• References will be required for all purchasers.
