The World's Most Feminine Looking Man

A while back, a friend and I decided while looking at some pictures of musicians that there really should be a contest for the title of "The World's Most Feminine Looking Man". This is based on a certain genre of music where the androgynous look is a fundemental part of the artist. So, we created the title and ranked the contenders. And now, I present them to you! Starting with the current WMFLM title holder!
