Priss' Manager

Priss' over-enthusiastic manager was quite possibly the reason Priss did not make it big. He was ready to change Priss' entire appearance from an intelligent, interesting young woman to a boring, irritatingly cute idol. Priss was none too fond of this possibility and told her manager so in no uncertain terms. His comment about them being of the same flesh was not something Priss wanted to have to hear.

The 'Lousy Fence'

Yet another product of the city streets, the 'lousy fence,' to use Leon's very appropriate term, was the man who bought Adama from the streetpunks and planned to sell Adam's parts to whoever was willing to buy them. His business was illegal in every way and when Leon and Daley busted him, he no doubt deserved it.

DJ Tommy

The Max Headroom of the twenty-first century was always ready and willing to give unwanted advice to the AD. Police concerning how pitiful they were at doing their jobs. Only Leon seemed to take offense at his non-stop talking; the others were all quite certain that DJ Tommy was right when he spoke of them as cannon fodder and whatnot.

AD. Police Chief

However uptight Chief Toudou may have been, the newer version was ten times worse. His fear of getting in trouble with the Diet over using heavy artillery cost quite a few men their lives. Only when Leon disobeyed orders and took out a K-12 A.T. did the AD. Police have any effect on the Illegal Army, and then it was only out of respect (and a brief flashback) that Lando allowed Leon to live. The latest chief was placed in the AD. Police to keep costs down and cops in order. He had no backgone and no intention of letting his police run wild and do things effectively as Toudou had begun to do after a time.
