This page was started Dec. 12, 1998. Puerto Rico is scheduled
to vote what their relationship to the USA will be tommorrow
(Sunday). They will have five choices which will include
independence or statehood. Some day they may become the
51st state. 
     I plan to include on this page links to (and possible information
about) all parts (except Washington DC) of the USA that are not
states (Guam, Virgin Islands, etc. ).
     No hablo mucho español. (I do not speak much Spanish).
