Germany should buy the following on it's first turn:

-6 armor (30 i.p.c.)

Germany should immediately drive the British out of Africa. To do this, the bomber in Germany and a fighter should attack Egypt. The German battleship and transport off of Soutern Europe should load a tank and make an amphibious invasion on Egypt. The German infantry in Lybia should attack. The German tank in Lybia should blitz through Western Africa. This should move Germany up to 35 i.p.c.'s for its next turn.

Germany's next move should be to destroy the British fleet off of G.B. The submarine and transport off of Germany should attack along with the submarine off of W. Europe and a fighter. On the non-combat move, 2 infantry should be moved to W. Europe from Germany, and one infantry should be moved to S. Europe from Germany. The two armor units in W. Europe should be moved into S. Europe. Armor in Germany should be placed in S. Europe.

An attack by Japanese forces against the Soviet Far East would be preferable at this time, which will be acted upon by Soviet forces in Russia, diverting units from the Western front.

On Germany's second turn it should buy seven tanks (or the most amount possible). The two armor units in Africa should head down to S. Africa as quickly as possible. The German fleet should move together. The attack on Russia should begin now. All German armor units and all units in Finland-Norway should attack Karelia. You can include the bomber in Germany and the fighter in the Ukraine.

On Germany's third turn they should buy all armor and continue to attack Russia through Karelia. You can start three of the tanks in Karelia because of the factory located there.

The rest is pretty simple: capture Moscow, and with your huge income due to all of the captured territories, pound Great Britian from the air with bombers and than attack with your ground troops. I do not suggest attacking America, unless you have an incredible chance at winning.
