Irish take 2 from Orangemen

Syarcuse falls to 10-7 (1-5 in the Big East) in a 73-58 Loss to the Irish Saturday Aftenoon.

Syracuse started fast going up 5-2 but Notre Dame reeled off 14 straight points and never relinqushed their lead. Pat Garrity and Gary Bell had strong Games for the Irish as Notre Dame swept the Season Series from Syracuse. Elvir Ovcina had a decent Game for Syracuse in the Defeat.

Syracuse Turnovers and failing to get back on Defense killed the Orangemen all afternoon long.

A young team like Syracuse, has its ups and downs and today was an example of that. Otis Hill can not be asked to carry the load every night like he did in the Alabama Game. With the experience that Jason Hart and Etan Thomas are getting will help them for the future.
