Nouns in Eroné
Nouns in general end in -e. Those indicating beings for which such notions are appropriate may be made gender specific by the substitution of -o or -a, indicating masculine and feminine respectively; otherwise a noun is presumed to be epicene. The addition of -l indicates plurality; (u)d puts a noun into the dative. Therefore:

- mintha-daughter
- mintho-son
- minthel-children
- minthed-to the child
- minthelud-to the children
The final vowels are always pronounced if they indicate the gender of the being in question, but final 'e' is not pronounced unless indicated by an acute accent. Hence, mire (meow) is pronounced /mir/, but mirané is pronounced /mirane/.

There is no indefinite article; the definite article is lea. It does not decline.
