-- CHAPTER TWENTY-FOUR --

**********(Tash's point of view)**********

I laid on my bed in a ball, tucked in the covers. My God, I was only trying to help. Sorry I did something wrong. I know it must be so terrible to make a mistake. And I did what he told me to do! Somebody's got something up their butt.

It made me so mad. I HATE being yelled at. Especially when I didn't do anything wrong. I had to put up with that crap too much before. Why should I have to now? Especially from Taylor?!

And why was he so anxious to keep Lindsay warm?! That made my blood boil. Who died and made him ruler of the cabin?! He's the oldest but still, have some respect! It wasn't fair. A few hours ago we were kissing. Now he's screaming at me. I'd like to know what's wrong with me that I can't keep someone content with me. I sighed, leaning my head back as the tear slid down my cheek.

I put my head phones on my head and pressed play, putting the song on Adam's song. I buried my face in the pillow, sobbing.

**********(Zac's point of view)**********

I gazed at her. Oh Lindsay.. Oh my poor baby Lindsay.

"Listen..Zac.." My brother looked up at me and locked gazes. I was about irked with him about how he'd treated Tasha and I was determined to let him know that.

He shrank back. Okay, so apparently i got my point across.

"Can you go up and check on Tasha for me?" He asked softly, timidly. And rightfully so!

I sighed. "Well, I don't know why I should, because you deserve it if she doesn't talk to you for a week, but I'll go check on her because I'M curious. Please..." I choked back a sob. "Please don't let anything happen to her.." I kissed my angel on her forehead before heading upstais to fulfill Taylor's favor.

I knocked on the door, opening it slightly andsticking my head in. Tasha was leaning back against the headboard, wearing her earphones, and tears were trickling silently down.

"Aww Tash...." I moved to sit down next to her on her bed. She moved her legs so I could sit beside her.

"You okay?" I rested my hand on her arm, trying to comfort her. There was no excuse for Taylor to bark at her like that, and certainly not when her best friend, my fiance, was down there, freezing.

"Yeah...I-I.." She stopped, trying to talk without breaking down. "I don't understand why I can't seem to keep anyone content..." She sniffled and my heart immediatly went out to her. Now that I thought about it, she never really was close to her family. And usually always in a fight with someone. Lindsay, Taylor, and I must have been the closest thing she'd had to family. And here was Taylor making her miserable because she hadn't had ESP to know exactly what he meant.

With nothing better to do, I pulled her into a hug and let her cry on my shoulder. I sighed inwardly. What was Taylor doing to this poor girl?
