Joey's story...

I met them kinda in a bad way. I was at the south florida wind ding, i met their dad, i just said hi he looked very nice (even though most pix he looks mean). then i went to the side stage area. someone told said they went out for lunch, so me and my friends found a nice car and sat on the hood for awhile. Then we saw their van pulling up slowly. but my friends grabbed my arm and she ran to the van, when she stopped i kinda didn't, and slammed right into the van. i looked up and saw tay. i was like oh my god! cause i felt very stupid, cause he saw it. when the van pulled into the gated area, my friend looked at my face, i had a cut on my forehead, and i was bleeding. i went to a security man, and he let me in the backstage area, thats where the first aid area was. i was just sitting on a box or something, when someone behind we said "r u alright?", i turned around and it was tay. i was like "i'll surive" then the first aid guy came over and took the ! ice off my head, and i had to hold a paper towel to my cut. i felt really stupid, tay was standing right there. then he was like "so...itz really hot here. how do u stand it?" i was like "i don't know? im just use to it, i guess." he was like "i think you would have to." then someone called him over. so we said goodbye and left. after about 10 minutes i hhad to leave, i got right to the gate to leave, and everyone on the other side of the gate screamed. i turned around, tay was walking down the steps of the trailer. he came over to me, and gave me a autographed pix of him ike and zac. it was so sweet. then he asked how i was feeling, and looked at my cut, and said it wasn't bad. and he hoped that i had a good time at the rest of the concert. then we said goodbye, and he left and i went back outside. and thats about it.

I staked out Hanson's house for 6 hours on June 1st 1998 in Tulsa. Fortunately, they were there we talked to Isaac for about 20 minutes. Then Zac and Then Taylor and finally Walker. They were all so nice!

Well I live in Charleston I was visiting my friend in Union they were in the Greenville radio station and we rode bye it and saw them walking out so I told my mom to stop and pull over so and so at first she said no we've got to get back to Union but we screamed so she stoped they were fixing to get in their car but Leigh and I screamed STOP so they got out and said do you have a camera? we said so we got out a pic and they signed it{i do have the pic they signed}

WE went to a Hanson concert and it was the best $50 I ever spent. We arrived late at the concert and purchased front row tickets from some desperate scalpers. After the show we waited around till about midnight. Anyways, to make a long story short, we bumped into them and they recognized us(cos we were in the front row). They signed our T'shirts and piks and then they took us for a ride on their tour bus. Sorry, I can't send you any pictures cos I don't have a scanner but I might be able to use my friends if you can wait a while she is away on holidays. Anyways, to make a very long story even shorter, they promised to write a letter but I'm still waiting.Please e-mail me at aknapp79@hotmail.com ASAP and send me anything.

i met them when they went to Muchmusic on June 22 1998 and my aunt works there so she got me in and i got to go backstage and meet them. it was the greatest day of my life. when they came out i freaked out and i started to cry and tay kept looking at me and smiling. after when i went backstage to meet them tay said he saw me crying and i said i saw him looking at me. they were sooooo nice i got ahug from all of them and zac kept jumping on my back ang tay gave me a kiss on the cheek so i would stop crying. isaac was doing impressions of me crying and tay was flirting with me ( that's what my friend said she came with me ) and when i had to leave i whispered into tays ear that i love him and i will always have some sort of feeling for him and he said that i was pretty and he gave me another kiss on the cheek. i would not lie about hanson and this is true if any one wants to prove this and have this apperence on tape look for me i have brown hair and wearing a! black shirt and white pants. i did have a camera but i got to excited i dropped it and broke.

WEll it was the concert in pine nob, i had one backstage passes, i went almost 4 hours befor the show they were rehearsing Good Lovin.. There other band members came over and spoke to me..They said after there done you can meet them, i said ok but can i meet there family, they askede the bodie gaurd he said sure.. I went over to them and shook there hands and waited till hanson was done.. When they got done they walked over and shook my hand. They said they were really tired b/c they stayed up half the night.. It was funny b/c they said Mackie told on them.. I got autographs and stuff they said were gonna go get a snack would you like to coem some i did they had twinkies twizzlers Dr. Peppercandy and all kinds more.... Mack said he was gonna go do something that he would be right back, his mom said OK but come right back a couple seconds later there was this awful punding, Mack was playing the drums and singing MMMBop..Then they said well we g/g and i said ! bye and stuff b/c the seats were starting to fill up.. I decided to go to the merchandise tables, i bought a few things.. then i went to my front row seats.. IT WS AWSOME....

Um, I met them a few times actually. Once backstage at the Hollywood Bowl concert (I have pictures of me backstage on my Hanson site Hanson *WHACK* Bag Of Tricks) and once at the Billboard Music Awards!!!!!! It was cool. We talked. Ain't much else to say.....Tay made fun of my shirt, and Zac asked me if I was cold, and Ike was just being his normal weird self *did that make sense* Actually Ike was really sweet!!!!! And Taylor seemed like he's a little more on edge than when they first started, like his nerves are wearing thinner and thinner every day. Zac-well Zac is just a cute little soon-to-be-teen! He's really sweet too when he's not showing off for the camaras. They've all got great senses of humor (like when Tay started making fun of my shirt they all started in, but they apologized when I acted like I was gonna stomp off). They just do little things like those that make you see that they're really sweet when it co! mes right down to it.

Well it all started when I heard on the radio (Jammin 92.3 inCleveland) that Hanson was coming to Cleveland. I was so excited. So me and my friends tried to win all these contests to get to go meet hanson but we never won. So me and my friend Brooke and her dad decided to skip school the day they were coming and sit in front of the station so we can get a glimse. We got in front of the station at 7:30am and they were not coming untill 5 that evening. When we got there no one else was there. So we went Breakfast and then about an hour later we went back to the station. We sat in my friends van untill we saw some other hanson fan. Then we went and stood in front of the gates. We waited and waited. We got to meet alot of other hanson fans and all the DJ's from the station. It was really cool. Around 4:30 the dj's went live from outside where we were standing. And they started talking to us. He asked us when we got there and we said 7:30am. He said "You have been here since 7:30am!"and we said yea. Then he said "Bring those 2 fans inside!" We were screaming our heads off. We got inside and met the DJs and we thanked them and stuff. We waited in this waiting room for what seemed like forever. Then a dj came in telling us Hanson was here. We were like Omigod! Then all of a sudden Ike came down the hallway and went into the bathroom! We were screaming. So all the parents were waiting outside the bathroom and when Ike came out we took pictures and he waved. Then during their radio interview we got to go in this room with glass window where we could see them sing mmmbop! I thought I was going to die. Then we lined up to go into this room to actully meet hanson! When we got in the room my friend was having a heart attack and Zac went up in to her face and said "Breathe! Breathe!" And she goes "I can't I can't!" then Tay turned around and said cool shoes to my friend. Then I shook Ike's hand and then I shook Tay's hand. Then we all turned around and took a picture. We were leaving and Taylor told us that they really apprieciate us coming to see them and thanking us for our support. We were like omigod again. We then left and got a tv interview. We then went back into the parking lot were the gates were and hanson came out and waved to all their fans and then went back into the building. Then we got back into the van and went home. That day was soooo cool. I will never forget it.

Me and me friend Katie were waiting around outside Wembley Arena in London, about 6 hours before their gig. There van pulled in and there were quite a few fans around so they came up and were shaking everyones hands. Everyone was screaming and being mega-teenyboppery so KT and I decided to be a little unique and we were pogoing by the bars and telling Zac he had great shoes, he said thankyou, and then KT jokingly asked if we could have his shoes, he said that he "kinda needed them", so I said "D'oh" really loud and Zac found it really funny and started laughing hysterically and hopping about like a physcho. Ike came over to us and shook our hands, and he said that my jeans were 'cool' which I was rather darn chuffed about. Then we offered Ike one of our M&M's and he took one, just before Tay came over from the right. Earlier in the week the guys had been on the English TV programme TFI Friday, and Tay had said the song "We're on the ball" was really ann! oying so we started singing it as a joke, he clutched his head and yelled "Oh God no!!" We chatted to all of them for a while, mainly about Alanis morissette, who I'm a massive fan of, and I told them to check out the Irish band Ash, cuz they really kick ass, and they said they would. YAY!! We shook their hands again before they had to go, and they told us to enjoy the show, and we told them that we'd be the ones moshing in a crazy manner in Row 9, they laughed and went in, after waving to us a few times. I don't have a scanner so I can't send the photo's that KT's little sister took, but if anyone wants to e-mail me then I'll gladly send you them when I get a scanner!!!

Well, no one is going to believe this but I swear it's all true! I will even scan you a picture someday if you want, and you all can email me if you don't think this is true!!! I knew Taylor Hanson from childhood. We were really good friends and we always hung out together. I remember how we built a little treehouse in Taylor's backyard. Awwww.... Then one day when he was ten Taylor kissed me! I was like....aww, you're so cute!! From that moment on Taylor and I have basically been...well, in love. I swear! But then Hanson made it big and he said, "Well, we're just going to have to be friends." I cried for days, because Taylor and I had shared so much together. He still calls me and emails me, but it's just not the same! I have one comfort though....Taylor said he'll always love me and that I'm the only girl for him. He also said that one day we're going to be together forever and we're going to get married. That's why I'm waiting for Taylor!! I love him so much. I know none of you believe this, but every word of it is TRUE!! So Taylor does kinda have a girlfriend.

(we didn't rreally met them, but we shook there hand !)HI !! Me and a couple of my friends heard on the radio that Hanson was going to be at Planet Hollywood !!! And so my mom took us to Planet Hollywood and we waited out in the heat for 8 hrs. for Hanson to arrive ! Finally like 30 min before Hanson arrived me and some people we got to go inside!! We had the front tables !! After the pressconfrence Hanson was going back upstairs to get away from the crowd ! so we waited for them to come down from upstairs. And when they did Taylor shook my hand !!

The day I met Hanson was the BEST day of my life! It all started on November 18th. There was a call in radio contest on a radio station here in Michigan (WDRQ 93.1). The contest was that you call in and sing w/ a parent or sibling. and the prize was a chance to hang w/ Hanson on-air in the radio station studio.The pick one family outta the five that sang. Then that famliy goes in a bin and on the 18th they draw a name from the bin. The contest went on for a week so by the 18th there were like 5 or 6 names that they had to pick from. I called on the very last day...I couldn't get through at first so I tried again...and...again...I got through and was the second caller, I called my dad upstaris to sing w/ me. When our turn came to sing we did. We sang 'Mmmbop'. The other contestents went and the radio guys had to choose, They came on the line w/ me & told me I had won...but I still had to win the final contest to actually go meet Hanson. I was soooooo happy! I !! went to school that day and told all my friends. The final drawing was at 8:00am and I was in my 1st hour class...Aerobics...I was working out to an excersie tape around 8:00 and I though that if I had won I'd have know by then...then at like 8:34 my best friend Natalie came into my class...she walked up to me and put her hands on my shoulders and quietly told me that I WON! I didn't believe her...she told again and I started to cry! Her mom had called the school and got ahold of Natty and told her...The radio station called my school and the principal wouln't get me outta class, So Nat came and told me! Ok...now on to when I MET HANSON! I met them on the 19th, I went to the radio station w/ my mom, dad, Natalie and Amanda (my two friends). When I got to the station there was tons of girls out front w/ posters and signs waiting for the Hanson bros to show up. I went into the huge buildind nad up to the 10th floor (I think) I met the radio Djs and all the workers at the station. Then Me and my friends went and sat in the conference room till Hanson came. We waited about an hour. Then a guy came in and told us Hanson was in the building...I was soooo nervous...Hanson did some of their interview and then it was time to bring us in the studio...The radio guys came and got us and led us down a long hallway...we stood outside the studio for a minute then they put us in another room...they weren't ready for us...I was about to die then...Finally after 5 long minutes they came back and got us...I was the first to walk in the studio and I saw Ike first...then Zac and at the end was Taylor. We all got !! in the studio (me Nat and Amanda) and we stood behind the Dj till the commercial break. I was in shock...I couldn't believe that my dream was standing in front of me! During the break We moved over to the side of the studio so we were closer to the band. I walked up w/ Nat and Amanda behind me. Ike stood there w/ his guitar, Zac w/ his megaphone and Taylor w/ his tamberine. the radio peeps introduced me to them. Ike shook my hand first and said "Erin...right?" making sure he got my name correct. he shook Nat and Mandas hand next. Zac and Tay were too far away to actually shake our hands so they 'air shook' them. We went on-air w/ them and talked w/ them. They sang 'Man From Milwaukee'. It was awesome! on another commercial break Taylor and Zac came and shook our hands and were really nice to us. After the interview they were asked to sign a poster for a fan downstaris and of course they did...cuz they are the nicest guys around! While they were siging it the Dj played a 'Dance!! ' version of 'I Will Come To You' We all were like WOW this is weird...then Ike did a little dance and Zac twirled himself around the small room...It was great! = ) After all that we had to go back to the conference room w/ Hanson to get pix taken (They will be up soon) and so they could sign some things for us. On the way to the room Ike was behind me and he had a teddy bear that a fan gave him from out front...he was playing w/ the bear on my back...it was sooo cool! Tay was in the back and Zac was walking in the middle. We got into the room and had to get the pix taken right away...I walked up to the front of the room and Taylor came up and put his arm around me (faint) then came Nat and Ike and Zac and Amanda. Ike had his arm around Amanda and Zac was in front of Me and Tay. Zac then moved over to Nats side and put his arm around her. The picture turned out GREAT! we got some more pix taken then they had to sign some stuff...They signed a huge 'Snowed In' poster for us and!! Cds and other pictures. After about 30 minutes in the room they had to go...they hads an interview in Ohio. They just finished signing everything and had to get their coats on. Zac got his and so did Ike. I was standing behind Tay and he turned around...we said bye to eachother and talked a little more (sigh). As I was talking to Taylor I felt someone grab my arm...I looked and Zac was pulling on me...He was saying Bye to me! He RULES! I said Bye to him and he shook my hand. then Tay grabbed my other hand (my left hand) and held it for a minute...That was awesome! Ok ANYWAY...We all said bye to eachother and Bye to Mr.Hanson...he video taped us in the studio we'll probably be on the next video if they have one! That day will be w/ me forever! I remember all of it...I left some stiff out cuz this is getting long...All I can say is that HANSON is the BEST band around and they are the SWEETEST guys! They were soooo nice to me and my friends! Ever since I was a little girl, my dad used to take me around to "Daddy's friends houses." Many a time, "Daddy's friends" would come over to our house and be like, "Aww...look, you got so big." Well, it turned out that "Daddy's Friends" were Jon Bon Jovi, Dave Rashbaum (Bryan) *huggelz*, Richie Sambora, Tico Torres, Huey McDonald, and Alec Jon Such....otherwise known as Bon Jovi. Now, the band is just limited to Jon, Dave, Tico, and Richie. (They dropped Alec and Huey for their own...personal reasons.) Well, Bon Jovi and Hanson happened to have the same record company, Mercury Records. *Hint hint*. And, I was too little to care then. But then I grew up, turned fourteen, and found Hanson. (Now I'm sixteen.) I first heard of them through Dave who was mentioning some "boys that look like chicks and sing". I was wondering who those "boys" were. Dave got me the CD before it was released. When I first heard it, I was like, "What the hell?" (Because the first track was 'Thinking of You'.) Then came along 'Mmmbop'. I decided this was a little too much, even for me, so I started flipping around...and it landed on 'I Will Come to You', the first song that I actually understood what they were singing. I loved the song. I loved the band. I was a fan within a week. My parents got real pissed at Dave after that *lol*. Well, it turned out that there was a Mercury Records party coming up...Dave asked my dad if we wanted to come. I was like, 'Oh another one. Okay, whatever.' Well, when we got there, I started walking around the room, chatting it up with Tico and Eva (this was in 1997) and then I turned and there stood Isaac, Taylor, and Zac. The three blondies of Mmmbop and Pop. I was like, "Uh, Dave, just wondering, what the hell are they doing here?" Dave smiled and laughed and said that Mercury Records was throwing this party because 'Middle of Nowhere' had just gone double platinum. I said something intelligent like, "That's so cool." (Sarcasm) then walked over to the boys and gave them a lil' smile, cursing myself for looking like crap. The first thing I had to say to them was, "You guys are so (censored) hot...oh oops, where'd that little dooze pop up from?" Very intelligent indeed. At that point, Isaac looked like he was going to hug me, Taylor was about the color I'm typing in right now (Red) and Zac was dead silent. I did a little shrug and was like, "What?" All three laughed then. Somewhere throughout the party I bumped into the Hanson kids (Jessie, Avie, Macky) and the parental figures (Walker and Diana) It was great. But that was only the first time, and the first party. Dave later commented on how they were so cool, yet the 'middle one looks like a (censored) chick." I got defensive at once, being that Taylor (at the time) was my favorite out of all three. He was perfect looking, and his personality was great. Well, now it's 1999, and they grew up, and so have I. I met them at various record parties and also backstage at concerts that Dave had managed to snag VIP tickets for. My favorite soon decided that he was the best thing that God has given to girls. I mean, after all that fame, all that attention, I knew it was bound to happen sometime. It happened over the Albertane Tour. Taylor gave birth to an ego. Well, that's another story, and I have many more, but since I'm only supposed to give out one I best be going now.

Well...Me and Shauna were in Tulsa visiting her grama and we decided to go find Hansons house...we have the mailing addy so we took a taxi and went on the serch...when we got in the cab we told the driver to take us to "78th Street" and we got there and were looking at all the numbers on the houses. Then I yelled.."THERE IT IS!!!" so the driver stopped and we asked the driver to wait..so we walked over to the driveway and Jessie and Mac were in the front yard playing in the sprinkler and Tay came out and was carrying Avie...omigod.. he looks so good without a shirt on! Anyhoo, we were kinda standing behind some trees and Zac came up behind us and totally freeked us out. We just talked to them for a few minutes then went to go over to the cab but the dude had left! So we asked if we could use the phone and they let us...then another cab came and got us and we have like, a bunch of pics of and with 'em! IT ROCKED!!!!!!!!! I would give some pics but I don't have! a scanner....sorry!

Hey. Although i dont have the picture scanned, i still have one. What happened was when Hanson came to Atlanta, my sister's ex boyfriend worked at the airport. So, he let me and my best friend Liz go down to the area where all those guys load the luggage and stuff. Anyways.. when we got down there... there were 2 other girls there, talking to Hanson. We walked up, and introduced ourselves to everyone. Taylor told us how they planned to go to some mall and watch fireworks and stuff.. that night, and i REALLY wanted to go. But anyways.. i didn't get to. However, Liz took pictures of me talking to Tay, along with Michelle and Carly. And sadly enough..that's the only one that turned out. Anyways.. that's how i met Hanson.
