This is the operation of shallow water craft and the use of amphibious landing craft. Includes both coastline operations and river operation. Includes the PBR Boats used by Navy Seals in Vietnam, small landing craft, Coastal coastguard vessels, and even vessels like the LCAC Hover Craft used for high speed landings.

WP: Vehicle Mounted

Take any three of the following skills with a +10% bonus
Armorer
Automobile Mechanics (Includes Boats)

Read Sensory Instruments

Also take 2 weapon proficiencies including Military

Characters who take some of the military skill packages get a huge number of modern weapon skills with some skill packages giving skills in other weapons as part of the skill. Due to this, characters may end up with repeat skills or having weapon skills that simply do not make sense for the character. Instead, two weapon slots can be used to learn the Sharpshooting Skill from the Rifts Conversion Book once the weapon skill has been learned.
