In addition to the above Military and Medical Design Projects, spanning some 30 years of my life. My most outstanding and personal achievement was the Design of the NOR. The NOR was Designed as a Multi-Tasking device to help Children and Adults with various handicaps.
The NOR was used successfully for almost 20 years by various Medical and Educational groups, and was the direct result of my UFO contact. Although information about my contact was known by the Professional groups that applied the NOR’s Technology, my contact was not the point of focus in helping Children and Adults.
Below is a picture of the NOR at Orange County Rehabilitation Center. The NOR was placed as a gift, and today has come full circle. After years of use the NOR is now back home with us, and will soon be placed again to help Children and Adults.

Yes a UFO contact can produce more than lights in the sky. But it is not the contact that should control your life, but the results... Only the things you can hold in your hands, and share with others have value. Don’t try to prove the contact, prove the results.
