Day 10, part II: June 12th, 1998

At this spot, Craigellachie, on November 7, 1885, the last spike of the Canadian Pacific railway was driven in. Canada was linked by rail from ocean to ocean. (ooh, ooh, ooh...I forgot to mention that since leaving Kamloops, and getting rid of the cars going to Jasper, I could now step out on the open-air platform on the end of the train. Most of the rest of the pictures were taken there.)
