Yellow Banded Poison Frog

Anura DendrobatidaeSize: Mature @ 31 to 38 mm in length.
Color: Yellow and Black, There is also an Orange and Black phase
Biology: 5 or 6 eggs hatching in 18 days. Metamorphosis takes about 70 to 90 days.
Habitat: Very humid rainforests from 50 to 800 meters.
Note: This is one of my favorite darts. They do great in a well planted high humid terrarium and have a happy personality and like to climb, so you see them all over the tank. Also sounds are from the N. American swamps and not from the rainforest.
