Minerva VANCE was born about 1811, probably in Russell County, Virginia. She is the daughter of Abner VANCE & Susannah HOWARD. She married John DEMPSEY. John was born about 1791. They had one child that I have listed. He is:

(1) Floyd DEMPSEY.
