This Cemetery is located on route 460 between Tazewell and Richlands, across the road from the Pounding Mill Quarry. It is in the middle of a pasture field enclosed by a stone wall. The Cemetery can be seen from route 460. The people buried in this Cemetery did a lot to shape the area of Richlands and the Western part of Tazewell Co. The old Mattie WILLIAMS Hospital was named for Mattie Peery WILLIAM which is buried here, her husband William Reese WILLIAMS was a very successful and respected Medical Doctor in the Richlands area.
