(8 months tomorrow)Today is 3/2/99 & I have some more GREAT news. Because you see Danny has been doing BETTER & BETTER everyday! He now goes to therapy & walks almost everyday!! He also has walked at home with his walker. (We help him to do therapy at home) He walks about 30 steps sits down & walks another 30 steps, He sits down again & walks about another 30 steps... Can you believe it!! He has worked SSSooo very hard to be where he's at today! His hands are still giving him a hard time BUT hopefully with more therapy & prayers. He will get those back soon to!
FOR ALL OF YOU GOING THROUGH THIS! PLEASE DON'T GIVE UP! EVEN IF THE DOCTOR'S TOLD YOU THAT YOU WOULD'NT WALK! "KEEP TRYING" BECAUSE WE ALL KNOW THEY ARE NOT GOD!! DANNY WAS ONLY GIVEN A 40% CHANCE OF WALKING BY ONE DR. & SOME EVEN TOLD HIM HE WOULD NEVER WALK AGAIN! I'M NOT SAYING IT'S EASY FOR DANNY BECAUSE HE HAS WORKED REALLY HARD! MY FATHER & DANNY HAS MICKEY MOUSED ALOT OF DIFFERANT THINGS, AROUND THE HOUSE TO HELP HIM! WE DON'T HAVE MONEY FOR ALL THOSE EXCEPSIVE THINGS TO BUY.. SO THEY HAVE COME UP WITH DIFFERENT THINGS TO HELP HIM! THEY HAVE USED THEIR IMAGINATION & CAME UP WITH LOTS OF IDEA'S!!!! SO PLEASE KEEP TRYING!!!
