The rules are quite simple, really!

1: Your page MUST be about a wrestler!
2: They have to be BLONDE!  It doesn't matter if they're a natural blonde.  An example of a non-natural blonde is Al Snow.
3:Sign my guestbook! LOL..j/k! =)
4: Make sure you put the HTML fragment up within 2 weeks of receiving the proper HTML.  Anything after 2 weeks will be taken out of the Queue (did I spell that right?! =) )
5: Please let me know when you put it up and please give me the exact address where it is!  Searching is a pain in the neck!
