If one word was used to describe Steadfast, it would be devoted. Whatever task he sets for himself, he sticks to it, no matter what the cost. He takes his duties as security chief very seriously, with a single minded devotion that almost no one else could match. Whatever he's doing, whether he is pursuing Predacon criminals, or setting up a security perimeter, he never let's anything distract him from his duty. In his Sphinx mode, Steadfast is flight capable, but is more at home on the ground than in the air. His claws can shred through most materials, and he has learned to use his razor sharp wing edges as effective close combat weapons. In both beast and robot mode, he has two chest (back mounted in beast mode) mounted laser cannons which he can use with a sharpshooter's accuracy. His devotion, and relentless behavior is normally considered an attribute. It can become a problem when he refuses to leave an assigned post, or pursuit, even to help a fellow Maximal who's in trouble. This hasn't exactly made him the most popular Maximal, but they take comfort in the fact that when he's on watch, they'll never need to worry about being ambushed.
