Danny and I sat in the restaurant. We were waiting for Brian to come out. He sings here thrice a week to earn some money for his college funds. Oh, I forgot to tell you, Brian and I have sort things out now. We’re now really good friends and we’ve learnt to put all the things in the past behind us.
When he appeared, Danny and I applauded and cheered for him. He had a guitar slung over his shoulder and he sat onto a chair at the stage.
"I dedicate this song to my best friend Danny and his girlfriend Trish. I hope they can stay together always." Brian announced. He took me by surprise, that was so incredibly sweet! He gave me a wink, and I grinned back at him. There’s the secret we will always keep between the two of us.
He broke out into a soulful rendition of "End of the Road" by Boyz II Men. I never knew he could sing so well! When he was done, Danny and I got to the stage and said out thank yous.
So I guess you could the story ended happily and I still am very much in love with Danny and well, Brian and I are best mates now so all’s well that ends well.
