Mysteries
Hyrule is filled with mysteries but ever ones like these? These Mysteries may never be solved...
So many rumours for Zelda 64's Triforce! We got these pics from Nintendo.com on April 1st... I wonder could this be true or an April fools scam?
The Triforce
Maybe an earlier version of the fairy fountains?
It look like a road that used to be on Hyrule Field or something!
Nice Graphics and Effects ! Not good enough to leave it in the game?
Wow! Where is this in the game?? Beautiful shadow!
Link has a medallion on the C-Buttons! Maybe the Medallions had a special power?
Link used to have a sword-attack but they took it away! Why?
Mysteries around Hyrule
The Two Lovers
In the Market, when you are young, and in Kakariko when you are adult, you will find two Lovers dancing forever. You can see them as an adult by entering in the Potion Shop, leave through the other door, climb the ladder to the back of the Windmill. You will find them dancing there! Why are they here?
Melody at the End of the Game
There is a tune at the end of Zelda 64. It is The Scarecrow Song you made earlier in the game! But why is it here at the end of the game? If you want to here your Scarecrow Song wait a couple of minutes after the "The End" come up on the screen. You will here your melody severel times if you keep on waiting.
The Uselessness of Potions
Tell us the truth. Did you ever used a green potion in the game? I didn't. When I was running low of magic, always a Magic Meter appeared. Inside a jar, by killing an enemy... We never used potions in the game. So, what's the point of the potions?
Infinte Rupees...?
Isn't it strange that that you mostly never run out of rupees in Zelda 64? If your running low you can just break a pot, cut a bush orwin them in games. In all the other Zelda games they were so hard to find!
The Ice Arrows
have you every wondered what the Ice Arrows do? You work so hard to get them but they have not use what so ever! I wonder if there is a secret among this...
Just Rocks?
If you are adult and you are near the lovers that are behind the Windmill, you will see a boulder next to it. Lift it and there is nothing underneath. In Hyrule Field, near where some 'roads' cross, there is also another boulder, with nothing underneath. What's the point for this?
The statue above the gate to Hyrule Castle
When you get close, it tells you the time... maybe it has another purpose? Or is just a rock clock?
The Running Man
There is no way of beating him. He always beat you by 1 second! Nintendo says "Nop. It cannot be beat". And then, why did they put it in the game?! Besides, why do you have a table of the records at your home?
Farore's Wind
What a USEFUL magic! You never use it in the game! I can ensure that. I first finished Zelda without it and with no problems (At least Nayru's Love is good for the BIG guys in the Spirit Temple)... but this magic, is good for... nothing! (unless there is something we don't know...)
The Mysterious Pyramid in the Wasteland
After you follow all the poles with the flags on them, you will come to an area where the ghost leads you to the Desert Colosus. If you face towards the east and play the Song of Storms the lightning will outline some pyramidal structure in the distance. If you approach it it will be larger, but if you get too close you will be returned to the beginning of the Haunted Wasteland. Keep using the Song of Storms to make lightning to outline the thing and you'll see what I mean. I wonder what's over there?
The "Fortress" in Hyrule Field
In Hyrule Field, adjacent to the Castle, you will find some kind of "Fortress" made by stone. There is no way to enter this. And i don't really think this is just 'decoration'…
