Jaegers are hunters and woodsmen drawn from mountian villages to assist the armies of the Empire. Putting their expert skills to use, they skirt the edges of the battlefirld, ambushing enemy units, taking advantage of terrain and picking off stragglers. They seldom engage in frontal attacks, choosing to stick to their sneaky ways.

Options: Jaegers may be given spears for an additional +1 point per model. May upgrade their bows to long bows at +1 point per model.

Special Rules
Woodsmen: Jaegers are masters of the woods and can easily move through the foliage and underbrush of woodland regions. they receive no movement penalties for moving through woods.
Skirmishers: Jaegers always fight as skirmishers, not having the organized unit training of other units.
Deployment: Jaegers are able to sneak along, using the woods to conceal them. A unit of Jaegers may be set-up hidden in any section of woodland terrain that is not within the enemy's deployment zone.
