During their apprenticeship in the Tower of Hoeth, the High
Elven mages to be must study for decades. Before they learn the
final lessons on harnessing the dangerous winds of magic, they
must learn their place on the battlefield. The Tower of Hoeth
sends a group of its students to serve the Elven Lords in times
of need, to harden the apprentice mages and teach them the
realities of war.
