FALCONIERS:
0-1 UNIT OF
FALCONIERS..............11 points per model
Wood Elves live in a harmony with the
nature. An elf may learn to speak with an animal and rather than
breaking the spirit of their sylvan friends, they allow animals
that follow them by the virtue of love. Many an Elf has such
special "friend" living with him or her, and sometimes
these companions are brought with the Elves as they muster to
defend their forests. The most famous of such troops are the
Falconiers, for their birds are warlike and have driven many
enemies from the field with their murderous talons and
frightening shrieks.

SPECIAL CHARACTER:
Caradis
the Shadow |
120 points |
Hawkbow |
60 points |
Caradis is the leader of the Scouts of the
great Wood Elf Kindom of Athel Loren. He is claimed to be the the
est archer in all of the Old World, and a matchless tracker. His
skills in amush and stalking are legendary, and his favourite
game is to sneak into some human camp, eat with them in their
campfire and melt into shadows, all without humans noticing
anything until they discover that somebody has been eating their
rations.
So used is the Caradis to his ways that even amongst his fellow
Wood Elves he walks silently and never speaks in voice any louder
than a whisper. Many unwary travellers who have chosen the
forbidden path to the Great Forest of Loren have heard only
Caradis chilling voice, like the rustle of the leaves, warning
them abandon their folly.
Caradis drills the Scouts of Loren tirelessly, and no-one can
join in the ranks of his followers until they can hit a flying
sparrow in the eye in a dark night. In battlefield Caradis either
leads his Scouts, or stalks the field alone, ambushing his
opponents with lightening-fast arrows shot from his famous
Hawkbow.

- HAWKBOW:
- This mighty bow dates back to the days
of the Great War against Chaos, and it is rumoured to be
made by Vaul the smith god himself. It is decorated with
stunningly life-like sculpting depicting a hawk, and the
arrows shot from the bow cause strange strange screeching
sound resembling the cry of an attacking hawk, spreading
panic in it`s targets.
Hawkbow has a range of 40", magical strength of 4,
and it may shoot up to five arrows each shooting phase.
These shots may be aimed towards different targets if you
wish.
In addition, Hawkbow may be used to fire one Screeching

flaming, has a S of 6, it penetrates enemy units as a
