Ever since the beginning of the Old World, Dwarven strongholds have been under constant attacks from Skaven, Greeenskins and the evil forces of Chaos. Only the strongest holds survived, the other strongholds fell victim to a fate that is worse than death. Many courageous Dwarfs stood up to the inevitable onslaught, the remaining fled into the forest. Those who fled into the forest became hermits who lived off the land and after several generations they became pushed away from society as they knew it. Your army may include one regiment of Wild Dwarves, providing they also include Ruthgar.

Options You may equip Wild Dwarves with an extra club(+1pt) or double hand club(+2pt). They may have throwing spears for an extra (+1pt).

Ruthgar is the leader of the Wild Dwarves and was once captain of the Hammerers of the Great King Gathgor before the hold fell victim to the forces of Vlad Von Carstein, He is a ferocious leader that always resorts to violence to solve any conflict.

Special rules: Ruthgar has seen more deaths in a lifetime then many will see ten fold. It is because of this that Ruthgar and his dwarfs can ignore Panic tests.

Magic Items: Ruthgar can have two magic items. One of these must be the Horn of Rememberance. (see the rules below).

Options: Ruthgar may choose his other item from the Dwarf Equipment list.

Horn of Rememberence.........35 points - Ruthgar only.

The wild dwarves are reminded time from time about the deaths of their families and friends. It greives the dwarves greatly who retaliate with fierce violence. Once per battle, in the beginning of the movement phase, Ruthgar can sound the horn and send Wild dwarves into a wild craze. For the Dwarfs generals turn, All wild dwarves will suffer from hatred and Frenzy. After this turn, Ruthgar loses a wound because of the pain of rememberance. ONE USE ONLY
