Hello, I am Sean and I am in the Sweetwater Texas High School band. We are a AAAA band but unfortunately we have only 34 members in our band. We are expecting more later in the years though. This year we defeated the odds and got a first division at marching contest so we got to go to area where we came in 11th place out of 21 bands. We're pretty darn happy 'cause about 4 years ago this band was making 3rd and 4th divisions at marching contest, not to mention that we beat a band that got 1st place at state and the got the Governer's cup award a few years back. Next time the chance comes that we can go to state we are expecting to make it! Goooooo band!! What I play!!¡¡!!¡¡!!
You probably already know by the heading down at the bottom of the screen what I play and if it doesn't tell you then I play the TRUMPET!! I think that it is the bestest instrument that there is...at least it's one of my favorites. And to think that I wanted to play percussion when I was a little one....WHAT WAS I THINKING!!! Actually I was going to but my dad wouldn't let me...that's pretty sorry huh? Well, anyways....I've grown to love the trumpet. I mean, who wouldn't like a note blastin', melody playin', jazz wailin', ear thuppin', high screamin' kind of an instrument?¿?¿?¿? It does lots of sweet sounding things too...but not most of the time....clarinets usually have that job...hehehe
