At the title screen, press Up twice, Right three times, Down six times, and Left nine times. Press Start and Select Config.
bonus stage
Play through the game until Zone 2-3. Find the cannon and get into it, then press Buttons 1 and 2 and Right at the same time. Turn the switch ON to open the Bonus Door.
