About Me

Well, this is a little page about me. (Just a little one, I promise! ^_^) As you know if you've read any of my writings or disclaimers (*giggles*) my name is Shelli-Jo Pelletier. I live in the good ole' US of A. I'm in high school at the moment. Yay. (Note the lack of enthusiasm there.) My interests are mainly reading and writing, of the fantasy and science fiction genres. I also enjoy drawing. And. . . . Oooo! Anime! I really like Japanese Anime. Tis cool. ^_^ Some of my favorites are Digimon, Dirty Pair Flash, and anything by Hayao Miyazaki! He's my favorite animator and director!! And I'd like to believe I'm still a little kid at heart. Can't miss those Saturday morning cartoons! ^_^

This is Cuno, my cockatiel. He is kind enough to wake me up at 9:00 AM every Sunday on the dot, the only day I sleep in. Thank you very much, bird! He also chews on my silver necklace (while I'm wearing it!), and constantly squawks in my ear while sitting on my shoulder. Actually, he never shuts up! If he didn't love me so much, he'd be unbearably annoying! ^_^ (And for all the Digimon fans who find this page: yes, that's where Cunomon's name came from. You can see how similar their personalities are! But my bird is actually named after Articuno, who's my favorite Pokémon, so Cunomon's name really comes from that.)

And lastly, this is Ozzy, my cat. He's a moron. *laughs* He follows me everywhere, sleeps by my feet, and sits by my bedroom door, meowing to be let in. (Too bad Cuno lives in there.) He sometimes jumps up for no reason at all and shoots out of the room like his tail's on fire. We like to play cat and mouse together (he gets to be the cat and my poor hand is the mouse). Suffice to say, it's not uncommon to find my hands covered with red scratches. But it's so fun! *grins* We're working on rekindling my animal spirit . . . or something like that.
