This is Evil Jim, from the Earthworm Jim cartoon series. I followed Deej's blueprint for Evil Jim figures, and then created a new package thing. Then I did a little touchdown dance and spiked the figure on the floor, elated that I finally finished a figure. Then I glued the head back on.
