This is Exeter from the classic sci-fi film "This Island Earth," which was featured in "Mystery Science Theatre 3000: The Movie." This figure is Exeter in an outfit "specially conditioned for life on Metaluna," Metaluna being Exeter's besieged home planet. I highly recommend both movies.
