This is Hal Jordan, when he was still Green Lantern. The color on the scan appears darker than it really is, but that's just fine with me because it helps obscure the big fingerprint I accidentally imprinted into the paint.. This was an X-men Savage Land Angel with the wings ripped off and shoes, hair and power ring sculpted on.
