This is a slightly altered Mega Man from Toy Biz's Marvel vs. Capcom line. I repainted him in a less metallic fashion to more closely match his appearance in the games, and resculpted his happy-go-lucky face into a better-looking one that is slightly less American-looking and more commensurate with what Mega Man does for a living-- basically, shoot people. Mega Man is really my favorite videogame character; I'm adding a drill attachment to his gun, and his "brother" Protoman is forthcoming as soon as I can find another one of these figures.
